Finally

Hans Vestberg is finally out as CEO! Since taking over in 2018, Verizon’s stock has dropped 19%. He inherited a strong, employee-driven, customer-focused company and ran it into the ground. His first moves? Closing U.S.-based customer service centers, shutting corporate stores, raising prices, and slashing pay for commission-based employees—forcing them into shady sales just to meet quotas. He was a disaster for both the company and its customers. Good riddance!
