I hate dogs now

Vent/rant:

Anyone else developed a strong dislike for dog owners, and by extension dogs, who allow their dogs to bark all day non stop for hours... noticed Im constantly falling asleep angry and annoyed and waking up angry and annoyed cause they just... dont... shut the @#$% up. Currently this neighbour's dog has actually somewhat lost its voice/bark from how much it has been barking this month, it now currently sounds like a flat battery smoke detector beeping/squeaking non-stop. To clarify I dont hear it at night on my nights off when im home, but always at first light this neighbour's mutt rarely shuts the @#$% up.
