Should I buy R15 V2

So I'm getting r15 v2 2015 model around 38000 driven, and price is also 38000. But white smoke is coming out of exhaust and owner is saying its because the engine oil hasn't changed for long. that's why I'm getting cautios about it, Please suggest what should I do.
