YA Scouting Location

It’s all luck i know but, does it make a difference where we pull our youths from?

I have been using a very remote region in my country for the past 2-3 seasons, when i first set my scouts up i checked and i was the only one in that region.

I mostly try to get them early in the morning.

I don’t think that i got anything better than 5 overall potential.

Shall i use a different region maybe more populated to slightly increase my chances? Or am i doing the right thing and I’m just unlucky?
