Catamenial Epilepsy?

Hi all, just curious how you got your diagnosis of Catamenial Epilepsy? I’m new to all of this.

A little background F/44, in BC pill most of my adult life starting at 18. Tubes tied 9/2021. Developed what I now know is an ovarian cyst about 6 months after that (started getting sharp stabbing pain in same spot just before starting my period). It got increasingly painful, Gyno put me on mini pill to help with it (Jan-March 2025) I hated the side effects, and went off in March.

Also had started a non stimulant ADHD med in Feb. Had a focal impaired turned petit mal, unconscious about 2 min. This was in April. Had EEG in July with neuro, seized. He put me on Keppra. In early Sept had some wave like auras for a few days with one in a restaurant that I was nervous would turn full seizure but did not.

Looking at the calendar, I started my period 4 days after the first seizure (imm went off the ADHD meds after seizure), started 2 days after EEG seizure and started 4 days after big restaurant aura

Had my second EEG last week (didnt seize but will get results tmr at neuro appt) but was also about 7+ days out from starting. Plan on bringing up all of this with Dr tmr, but was just curious of others experiences with this diagnosis. Is there anything I should specifically ask?
