Baby-friendly spaces in Halifax?

Having a baby has opened my eyes to how inaccessible the world is for people with babies—places with bathroom change tables and room to fit a stroller seem to be surprisingly sparse.

Where in the HRM can a young family go and be comfortable? We love the library, but I would also love to support some baby-friendly businesses!
