Cat keeps freaking out

Me and my roommate have a cat who is now about a year old. Her name is Luna. Luna is usually a very energetic cat during the day, then settles in on my bed at night. Well recently, Luna has been getting antsy in the middle of the night and meowing. Our initial thought was “Luna is hungry.” I put food in her dish that she refused to touch. So, being tired, I grab this cat, shut our bedroom door, and go to sleep. We came to the conclusion that she was just restless and started leaving the door open. As of last Wednesday night, she started meowing at the office door. The only things ever in the office is a desk, a couch, an old sewing cabinet with a Wi-Fi router, and some brooms. The minute I open the door, the cat scampers away. This has been a repeating occurrence. Is there something in our office? Do I set up cameras? Is my just jittery?
