Copilot output loses formatting when copying into Word template – any solution?

I asked Copilot to create a new Word document using my template and to fill it with information from some files. The issue is that Copilot generates the draft inside the chat window, not as a real Word file. When I copy that draft into my Word template, the formatting is lost, so it’s not really useful.

Is there any way for Copilot to produce an actual Word document (.docx) with the formatting preserved, or at least to respect the formatting in some way instead of just pasting plain text into the chat (which requires having to manually adjust formatting)?
