Visible, do you plan on keeping my $$ even tho you aren't providing me with service?

Would Visible please contact me via reply here.  Reference #[08766434]. I want to know how I can prove to you that I paid for a year 2025 - 2026 but cancelled service eff. 10/1/25, 5 days into a new contract. Now I've gotten an email from "Cy" saying I"m not owed a refund because some brilliant minds at Visible say there's been no billing activity in a year. Billed 1st year 9/26/24 - 9/26/25, then billed 2nd year 9/26/25 - 9/26-26. Number ported out 10/1/25. I feel Visible owes me a refund for one year minus 5 days. Shall I be reporting Visible to my state's Department of Commerce for bad business practices?
