I’m experiencing clicking noise and sensation from left side of throat when eating food.

I’m a male 25, and this started yesterday. I swallow food and two three clicks rapid on left side of throat where my thyroid is. This does not happen if dry swallow or water. Just solid food like pizza, buns or something heavy like bread. What could it be?
