Feeling a sense of peace and relaxation after making a hex/karma jar

The other night I made a hex jar to put karma onto a couple of people and to hopefully seperate them (long story but im concerned for the one) and afterwords I felt so.....relieved? Like i was able to lay down and sleep without issue. I felt so tranquil.

I meditated to recharge my protection jar as to ensure nothing bounces back to me and my household and made sure to put my intent with each ingredient and emphatically making sure nothing horrible happens to the recipients. Could it be because I casted my protection? This is my second spell BTW. Im a baby witch.

Does this mean my spell worked/will work or went off without a hitch?
