Car buy through CC

As mentioned in title planning to buy car (model not final yet) under 10L, through CC, which card will be the best for maximum discount [only best card right now I've is atlas] any other card should I apply? + unfortunately I've 4L of limit in it so can I do multiple transaction I mean will bank allow me to do that twice of my limit ? (Consider first transaction amount paid instatly)

Any expert or anyone who purchased through car pls help
