Should I date a 7 year younger girl?

See I really find her company amazing she is my employee but I kinda like and even thought if thing go right I can marry her too

But right I am still unsure if I ask her out or not?

Or should d I totally drop the idea?

I mean I really asked my mom out to will this be fine just the age thing

But if anyone can give me a genuinely good advice

Also it is not my first time dating but never been to any sexual relationship as a stand of mine.
