My Experience with Hyundai Canada – 2025 Elantra N

I’m posting this to share what’s been happening with my 2025 Hyundai Elantra N.

In the past few months, my car has suffered two motor-mount failures, the most recent causing chassis/frame damage. The first failure in June was denied under warranty, blamed on a minor cosmetic parking-lot bump, even though the car drove perfectly afterward. The second failure in August caused major damage and has been under review by Hyundai Canada and Hytec ever since.

The dealership has now told me the car is “repaired enough to drive” but advised me not to use launch control until Hyundai decides what to do. I’ve asked for written confirmation that any further damage would be covered, but they’ve refused to provide it.

At this point, I’ve been without my car since August 26, and I’m just looking for a fair, safe resolution
