Need help, can’t find BBQ restaurant.

About a year ago my wife and I ate at a bbq place close to downtown, somewhere north west of the city walk. We then found another location out near the Zoo but unfortunately we never caught the name the place. Now we can’t seem to find it and I’m hoping you all can help. It wasn’t one of the big box store chains like Full Moon, Jim N Nicks or Dreamland. Both locations looked pretty run down with drive thru-only options. We had bbq stuffed potatoes that were delicious. Thanks in advance
