Need help drafting a legal opinion for the first time

Hi everyone, I’m a junior legal associate in Dubai, and my boss asked me to write a legal opinion. I’ve done memos before but never a formal opinion, so I’m unsure about the right structure, tone, and depth of analysis. Could anyone share what a proper legal opinion should look like or how it differs from a memo? Any quick guidance or examples would help a lot.
