Why is the Trump Administration deploying the National Guard to Portland?

I just heard on Fox News the Trump Administration is sending the National Guard to Portland, Maine.

Honestly, I’m a little scared… mostly that they’ll confiscate all the lobster rolls. I tried to warn them that we’re peaceful and polite, but apparently traffic cones are now a federal concern.
