Always Use Parking Brake?

Hey fellow N-Liners, I recently picked up a new 2025 N-Line and am looking for some guidance on the use of the manual parking brake. Sales guy I bought it from says you don't need to use the parking brake every time you park except for on a hill. Looking online however, it says with a DCT, you should always use the parking brake before shifting into P. Do you all use your parking brake every time you park?? Thanks
