Im really scared

So for the past year ive been hoping to get into uOttawa health sci. I studied so much for the first bio test (biochemistry unit) and was sure I would do great, but the test didn't go very well and today I found out my grade was a 62. I finished with an 86 last year, but I know I won't get into the program with this kind of grade. Im actually really scared and panicking I don't know what to do, I was planning on applying this weekend but now I don't know if I want to waste an application for a program I probably won't get into. Im actually freaking out sm any advice???
