Actually did some chores

Been recovering from hip replacement surgery which was harder on the chronic illness side of me than the hip recovery side. The fatigue and utter exhaustion has been intense. I have RA, sjogrens, fibromyalgia, hypertension, orthostatic hypotension, and migraines at least.

Surgery was July 9.

It has been hard for me to shower or do much at all.

BUT—today while hubby went to HIS PT, I actually put clean dishes away, put the few dirty dishes in the dishwasher, cleaned all the kitchen counters, stovetop and front of refrigerator. May not seem like much to many, but that’s a lot for me!
