Mac M1 Air - Should I update my macOS to Tahoe?

Guys I have been thinking for a while if I want to update my m1 air to the latest macOS version. I updated my iPhone 15 to the latest ios 26 and there wasn’t anything great in it tbh..and I was wondering nothing will be great for the macOS and mostly it will make my system slower too.

If anyone has updated, how was your experience after using it? Was it laggy or it was great! Please give some suggestions:)
