Church Choir Pit Tickets

Looking out to see if anyone knows how to go about getting pit tickets as a member of Church Choir?

I've tried to reach out to submit a request online but haven't had any luck - when I click the link to direct me Church Choir Pit Tickets on Eric's sit - I am redirected to a blank ticket master site that says all tickets are sold out.

Appreciate it!
