Is it okay for me to contact my pedo father’s new wife?

Custody Divorce and Family

I wasn’t sure how to tag this so if it’s wrong I apologize.

Location: Alabama (my father still lives in Texas though)

Two years ago, my father was arrested for molesting my youngest sister over the course of two years (that we know of). She was five years old when it started and seven years old when we found out and he got arrested. Long story short his stepdad bailed him out of jail so he’s out free at the moment and awaiting trial. He hasn’t been convicted of anything yet, but he has been charged with multiple counts of Indecency with a minor and aggravated sexual assault on a minor. (Given the fact the night he got arrested he admitted to everything he will be going away it’s just taking so damn long) Two years out, we know now that she was not his only victim. A family friend reached out to us and said that when she was 15, he would message her on Instagram and talk about how She’s growing into such a beautiful woman and how beautifuly her body is developing. Unfortunately she doesn’t have evidence of this since it happened so long ago, but given the circumstances, I believe her wholeheartedly. He’s dangerous…

Now the part where I need advice is a few months ago we found out that he remarried, and this woman he married has a minor child. We have been unsuccessful in finding out who she is, her name or anyway we could contact her, but just today he reported to the courts that he has relocated and it seems like they have bought a house together. The only thing we know about this woman is they met on a Christian dating app (🙄) she’s an immigrant, and she has a child. Does anybody know of a way to find out whose name is on the mortgage? I’m trying to figure out what her name is so I can at least send a letter to the house address to her with a copy of his charges in the envelope.

Also advice is appreciated on if I should write a letter along with the paper with his charges, I obviously don’t plan on putting my name on the letter because my father would probably just throw it away without letting her read it. I also worry about him getting violent if when she finds out she confronts him, my goal in letting her know is to protect her and her child, I don’t want to make things worse and put her in danger.

That being said, there’s still a possibility that she’s aware of his charges, though it’s highly unlikely because we already know he’s telling his side of the family that charges have been dropped (they haven’t) and he even told them that my sister was lying about what happened and she was just mad at him and wanted him to get in trouble???? I’m just so lost on what to do, I just want this to all be over and have him in prison already but he’s making it so difficult because he doesn’t believe he did anything wrong
