Promo for 9 lines ??

Hi ! So we’ve had our business plan for 9 years already I’ve been trying to get it cheaper so I called to remove the insurance plan since most of the phones are already paid off and the one new phone I have I’m paying for AppleCare (which is cheaper ) I also wanted to remove my iPad line because we all have hotspot and WiFi at home we rarely use it away from home (but the representative offered me a $60 credit to this months bill to cover my iPad for 3 months )when I spoke to the representative they told me I could add 2 more lines and have 9 and pay $225 right now we’re paying $240 for 7 lines I didn’t ask for more information because I was trying to stay on track anyways is anyone else on this promotion ? Do phones come with the added lines ?
