Live vocal effect pedal/android app with usb-c i/o

I'm using a Yamaha AG06 Mk2 with my laptop and Reaper as the voice effect for a live singing (karaoke) setup. However, the laptop is dying and can barely run on Windows 10, so I'm hoping to replace it without adding more complexity to my setup.

The issue with regular voice effects is that Ag06 only supports DRY CH1-2 via USB-C, and I have two mics, so connecting the voice effect before the mixer is not ideal. I'm wondering if there are voice effect pedals, Android apps, or other solutions that can work with my setup. I apologize if this is the wrong sub and appreciate any thoughts & pointers you may have!
