Homegrown druidic order

I have a kobold cleric of Apsu planning to take the animal druid as their free archetype. The player will eventually realize Dahak is subtley trying to tempt her. She'll know somethings off because it goes against the lore of his directly violent behavior.

Based on the religion and back story I'd want to reflavor the order with a dragon theme. I've laid the groundwork for her animal companion by having her find a stolen drake egg that she'll be hatching during downtime.

I plan on treating the hatchling as a Small pet she has to train before she can take the animal companion feat for a standard riding drake. What stats could I use for the hatchling stage?

What changes to the order could I apply to the order? At the very least I was thinking the anathema should be something along the lines of "Do not distupt the established domain of a dragon through your actions or inaction. You are allowed to defend yourself."
