Games are starting to lag

I've never had any issues until a few weeks ago, Fortnite starts off fine and then it begins lagging badly, I've tried everything I can think of. Reinstalled windows, scanned my hard drives, scanned my GPU, updated all of my drivers, took apart my PC and cleaned it and nothing is working Specs are Ryzen 7 3800 RTX 3060 32 gig RAM at 3200 Liquid cooling PC temps are normal GPU temp is normal
