What do I do?

I’m a Hlta in a semh school. I currently teach over half of the time that I am in school. I share the majority of my classes with the other subject teacher (so there’s not much planning on my part, just tutorials) but have some of my own classes in a subject I have no experience in. I do not have any qualifications related to teaching, however they are aware that I’d like to get my degree at some point. I have a lesson observation and parents evening coming up. Does any of this fall under the role of a hlta? I’m new to working in education (it’s been over a year now). Am I being treated unfairly?
