Let’s find out which smoothie ingredients actually have science behind their health claims! Drop one, I’ll fact-check it
I’ve been building a personal database of smoothie ingredients and their proven health effects — based on real scientific studies (not hype).
Want to see if your favorite add-in really holds up? Comment one ingredient — like spirulina, collagen, chia seeds, or maca powder — and I’ll check what studies actually say about it + recipe in DM.
I’ll reply with a quick visual summary in DM that shows:
• how many studies exist, links
• what type of evidence (meta-analysis, RCT, etc.)
• an overall “confidence score” (0–100)
This is just for fun and learning — not medical advice or a product.
Let’s see which smoothie superfoods are backed by science and which are just legends.
5 slots open for now. First come - first serve basis. I would prefer to keep the communication and results in DM for now.
