This game is actively deranking me

This bug has been around for so fucking long, when I go play ranked on the character select screen the game gets stuck and I can't do anything, it counts as me leaving, I lose ranked points and it just sucks, seems like the devs don't give a shit abt this game but sure let's add a new character.
