G14 internet connectivity issues

Hello everyone! This is my first post here, as I have just purchased my ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 5080 after being with Avery for a little over a year and a half. Upon receiving the product and trying to hook up to internet, though, problems arose. On the page it displays my home WiFi network with full bars, and then immediately upon connecting it goes to 2 bars, then 1, then disconnects entirely. This does not happen when I try on my IPhones 5Guw hotspot. Other devices in the home connect smoothly and are not reporting any connectivity issues. I heard before purchasing this product that on lower core devices it had a chance to stutter, but I wasn’t expecting this. I’ve already restarted the computer and reset the network settings and nothing works. Any tips? I desperately need help.
