Dentist Suggestion and Fee Verification (Chembur, Mumbai)

Hi Mumbai Residents,

I'm seeking advice regarding a recent dental assessment and the quoted fees. I recently visited a dental clinic in Chembur, Mumbai, due to gum bleeding. The dentist diagnosed it as Stage 1 Pyorrhea and recommended the following:

• An OPG scan

• Deep cleaning, which is expected to take 3-4 sittings.

• The charge for each sitting is quoted as 1,500 INR.

My Request:

1. Dentist Suggestions: Could anyone recommend a reliable and experienced dentist or clinic, ideally in or near the Chembur area?

2. Fee Verification: I would appreciate it if a dental professional or anyone with recent experience could confirm if the quoted rate of 1,500 INR per sitting for deep cleaning (totalling 4500-6000 INR) is a reasonable and ideal rate for Mumbai.
