Forgot my insulin in fridge and closed it for 1 month

Dear fellow T1Ds, I forgot 5 packs of my short acting Insulin in my fridge, turned the power off and left for my home country. I don’t need the bashing as I have been T1 since 30 years. Is there any chance i can use them now? Anyone has gone through the same situation?
