Error message 32002

When I want to use Handoff from my Mac to my iPad, I get this strange error message "Connection to ‘iPad (2)’ failed" "A mixed error has occurred (32002)." - translated from Dutch
Both my Mac and iPad run the latest software and Handoff is on on both systems
Any help would be appreciated
