Court hearing expedition? (WI)

Hello

I filed a custody order modification and the hearing is on 11/25. I have a strong suspicion my son is being neglected at his dad's house. He is now being sent home from school and having bad days when he is supposed to be at his dad's that night. Is there a way to expedite the hearing? The school has been documenting everything he's said and his behaviors at school.
