Partial claim protection?

Hey all! Forge modpack here, MC 1.20.1 here. Looking for a claim protection mod that only limits damage. Its a pvp server and we want players to be able to loot each others items, without the base being detroyed. We have FTB chunks installed rn, but the settings seem per-team with no universal override. Is there a mod that does this - or alternatively - a way to make FTB chunks work for our uses? Thanks, love this subreddit much.
