question about the league trophies - are they back/wing overrides?

in the reward reveal a week ago they showcased the dragon trophy on a characters back instead of their offhand

are the trophies being made into back/wing overrides or something or how do we do that? i've been on t7 for a while and i have enough for the rewards i care about. cant imagine using the trophy in-game ever unless its a wing override i can use alongside a cape.

just wondering if we know if the trophies will be back/wing overrides, if they are i might be tempted to go for the dragon trophy otherwise i think im mostly done with the league
