I don't remember players being this bad

On icecrown. Recently returned to the server after five years or so to intro a friend to WoW. We just hit 70, started running some wotlk normal dungeons to level/gear up.

I'm only getting like a 10% clear rate. I'm playing protadin and I'll consistently be top DPS & last alive. Healers don't dispel poisons off DPS, most DPS spams one or two abilities. Nobody changes targets for webs/frost tombs.

I'm trying to get my friend into it and it's embarrassing.
