i want to make a tenna (deltarune ch3) cosplay, but i dont know how to do the head

hi! im not good at cosplay and its basically my first time and i wanted to make a tenna cosplay but.. im honestly not that good at that typo stuff and i wanted to make the head with cardboard first and hot glue, would it be enough?
