Is $11,000 a reasonable quote for a 2016 Subaru Crosstrek engine rebuild?

Coolant leak from upper radiator hose, oil contamination inside coolant system requiring multiple reseals, radiator replacement, aaand short block assembly was all listed as needing to be done by the dealership to get my car back on the road. Is $11,000 (~$7,700 for rebuild, ~$3,500 for short block) an appropriate quote or am I getting hosed here? And help or advisement appreciated!!
