Do I need to redo my follow up email regarding job interview update?

Hi, fresh grad here! I was able to receive initial interview from Infinit-O. Its been 7 business days since my initial interview but I have not receive yet an update. I have already sent follow up email last Friday to the HR I have talked to during initial interview but the HR seems to be on leave kasi automated email reply lang nareceive ko and the HR will reply ASAP daw.

Ang concern ko is baka kasi magproceed na sila to other candidates and natambakan lang yung application ko katulad nung nabasa ko dito before na pasado sana sya kaso nalimutan daw ng HR yung applicant and nakapag bigay na sila ng JO to other candidate.

Gusto ko nalang din kasi mapanatag and move on to my other applications pero I really want to land this job kasi fit na fit yung JD sa internship experience ko.
