Looking for a new microphone, what's the best beginner choice nowadays?

Tried posting this on another sub but got removed by the filter, probably thought I was a bot

I've reached the point where I'd like to record vocals for my tracks, but currently I have a Blue Yeti that I've had for several years and it's... not great. Pretty much impossible to make it sound like a "good" microphone, and just not worth the effort.

So what microphone would you recommend? I know the AT2020 has always been the first choice of most people, is that still the case or is there a better alternative for a similar price now?

What I want:
A microphone that I can use for both recording vocals and streaming / gaming
Preferably around (or below) $200, definitely no more than $300
XLR connection (I use a Scarlett 2i2 gen. 3 if that helps)
