How long did it take your menstrual cycle to regulate?

I stopped my ER cycle on August 19 (no retrieval, my follicles quit growing) and turned down my RE’s offer for meds to induce my next period, opting instead to try to let my body regulate itself after so many hormones. I still haven’t had a period though and am wondering, if anyone else also chose the no meds option, how long did it take your menstrual cycle to return/regulate?
