Best Vegan Milk Chocolate for PB Max Copycat Recipe?

Hey everyone!

I'm working on veganizing a PB Max copycat recipe, and it calls for milk chocolate. I'll be honest—I've always dismissed milk chocolate as not real chocolate, but I really want to nail this recipe and get as close to the original as possible.

Does anyone have a favorite vegan milk chocolate bar they'd recommend? My local food co-op carries Mast and Equal Exchange (photo attached), but I'm open to other brands if you've had success with them.

Any advice would be appreciated!
