IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL

I have had a PC that has given me this blue screen and others similar to it since 2019 and i feel like i have tried everything i could find on the internet.

ive done scans of all my drivers, i redownloaded all my drivers, and ive replaced my ram sticks.

my computer will go somewhat extended periods of time where it doesnt do it at all or maybe once and then itll have a day where its just doing it every 5 minutes

what other reasons could my computer be blue screening?
