Salvador always in the permanent banner ?

So I have a question regarding Salvador, is he definitively in the permanent banner or will he leave at one point. I know the question is stupid but a friend of mine keeps saying that he will leave at one point and he is currently done one pity to get him. Is he stupid or am I ?
(don't worry about the stupid part it's just a joke between the two of us)
