Different marriage timelines on Muzz, what should I do?

I matched with someone on Muzz who seems great, but our timelines don’t really match. He wants to talk for 4–12 months before involving families, while I prefer 1–2 months and getting family involved early on. Has anyone been in a similar situation? How did you handle it? Should I tell him about my timeline and the importance of early family involvement and see if he wants to move forward?
