Can’t stop thinking about someone who said he only sees me as a sister
I met someone at work who’s really gentle, respectful, and kind. the type of person who feels rare these days. There was always a soft, calm energy between us, and I felt like we understood each other deeply without saying much. At some point, he told me he only sees me as a sister, and I respected that. But I still can’t stop thinking about him. It’s not obsession — it’s more like this quiet connection that won’t fade. I’ve never felt this kind of warmth and comfort with anyone before.
How do you move on from someone who never hurt you, but whose presence still feels so special that it’s hard to forget?
