Stremio Without Debrid vs Streaming Sites

I just discovered Stremio today- Can someone explain to me why you would use Stremio without Debrid over streaming sites like myflixer? I tried to use stremio without debrid and all the movies and shows buffered so much more than just using a streaming site like Myflixer. Just trying to understand if I'm missing something here
