Started and relapsed again

11 days ago was the last time I masterbated and watch porn. I told myself I wanted to stop. I have an idea in my head who I want to be and this isn’t it. Yesterday I was SO horny that i relapsed and logged back into all my accounts, looking at pictures, videos, stories and messages.

I’ve spent 2 hours today between Reddit, Twitter and ChatGPT. I’m disappointed, disgusted and discouraged.
